Tell us about you and your business
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive a welcome email from one of our team with a simple briefing form attached. This is where you can start telling us about all your exciting plans for the new website, such as brand colours you want us to use, what specific functionality you want your site to have, any example sites you want us to consider.
Kickoff meeting
Once you have sent back the briefing form we will schedule the kickoff meeting to start the new project. Our team will meet with you at your convenience online to discuss in more detail the overall goals and objectives for your new website. We ask plenty of questions at the beginning to drill into the details and make sure that what we build is exactly what you wanted.
Web build
Now we know exactly what you want and need, our team of developers will get to work and start bringing your ideas to life on a staging site. We’ll use the template you have chosen and customise it to match your business requirements perfectly. Your website will be on brand and looking great across all devices, built with modern best-practises in mind.
Review
We want to make sure that before your new website goes live, it is looking perfect and any changes you have are captured. You’ll have a chance to go through the site page-by-page to make sure everything is working just how you like.
Website launch
It’s time to release your new website into the wild and start allowing Google to index and crawl your site. Celebrate – you’ve just launched your very own website! Share it with your friends, family and customers to let them know about your exciting venture (and our monthly website packages too if you like!).
WordPress Training
We don’t just abandon you once the website is live. We set you up with some free online training with one of our friendly developers who will give you a full rundown on the WordPress content management system so that you can fully update your site at any time. Want to change some images? Update that offer or create a new page? No worries, we’ve got you covered. You’ll be a WordPress pro in no time.

Yes, we can. If your business is new or you don’t have many photos, we have access to a huge range of royalty-free images to go alongside your written website content which you can add-on to your order. That said, as SEO is in our blood (so to speak) we will always advise you that unique images or photos your business owns will help you rank higher in the search engines!
Within the first 2 years, you are tied into a contract. This is one of the main reasons we are able to offer such an affordable price each month to spread the cost of your shiny new website. Once the 2 years is up, we can continue hosting your website for a small yearly fee, or you can host it yourself if you prefer.
For the first 2 years when you are spreading the cost of the website, we will host the website on our premium cloud-based servers, free of charge. You won’t be able to host your website elsewhere during this period, but once the 2 years is up, you are free to host it where you would like. We can send you the website files and database anytime after the first 2 years. Of course, we can also continue to host your website on our server for a small yearly fee – which is generally what our customers choose to do.
Absolutely, if you don’t already have a domain name we have 2 add-ons which you can choose to include in your website package. One is for a .co.uk domain name, the other is for a .com domain name. You may also decide that you want both. In which case we can set up web forwarding from the secondary domain to the primary domain for you. Want something different?
